ABSTRACT

                        The study entitled “The Opinion  of  Administrators and Educational Personnel  of  Leading  Secondary  Schools of Virtue on Cultivation of  Virtre  of  Secondary  Students under the Office of  Chacheungsao  Samutprakarn  Educational   Area  6   was aiming to study the opinion level of the adnubustratirs and Educational personnel of leading Secondary schools of Virtue on the cyltivation of virtue to the Secondary students under the Office of chacheng Soa Samut Prakarn Secondary

                                Education Area 6 and to compare the opinion of administrators and Educational personnel of leading Secondary schools of Virtue on the cultivation of Virtue to the Secondary students under the Offce of Chacheng Soa-Sanyt Prakarn Secondary Evycation Area 6 classified as sex ,age, qualification,position and experience.The populaton of the study were totally 494 Seconday students and out of these 245 were selected as the sample of the study. The tool of data collection was a questionnaire on the opinion of administrators and Educationnal personnel of leading Secondary schools of Virue on The cultivation of Virtue to the Secondary students under the Office of Chacheng Soa-Samut Prakarn Secondary

                                Education Area  6   with the reliable rate of 0.967. Statistics used for the data analysis was Percentage,Mean,Standard Deviation,t-tist, One-Way ANOVA : F-test and Least Significant Difference: LSD based on The reaby-made compter progranine.

The results of the study were as follows:  

               1.  The degree of the respondents’ opinion on the cultivation  of t Virtue  to  Secondary students  under the  Office of Chacheng Soa-Samut Prakarn  Education Area 6  was  generally moderate with X = 3.45.

               While individually considering  it was found that the respondents’ opinion on the development  of t Virtue of Secondary School students  under  the  Office  of  Chacheng Soa-Samut Prakarn  Education Area 6. it  was totally more that was the aspects  of  the  participation  in the personnel development  and activities to cultivate students  the Virtue whereas the left  qnestions were moderate.

               2.   In respect of the comparison of the respondents’ opinion on the cultivation  of  Virtue  to  Secondary students  under the  Office of Chacheng Soa-Samut Prakarn  Education Area 6  was  totally not different that was not related to the given hypothesis.                  

 Therefore, suggestions given by respondents were  administrators, teachers   and  students’ parents should take part in planning in association with the policy of the Ministry of  Education,  the  community should also be given the chance to take part in planning in association with the  condition  and  needs of  their own community, the resource should be fairly distributed, the responsible  person  should be clearly assigned, sufficient facilitators should be subsidized, the activities to strengthen students virtue should  be regularly organized to aspire students,  administrators, teachers and parents  should be  t good examples for students, outstanding  students  with  a  wholesome deed should be announced in public, and a good evaluation method should be developed to enhance students’ discipline effectively.
