Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study Good Governance and educational administration in secondary schools and compare Good Governance and educational administration in secondary schools under Prachinburi education survice area office 1. The samples consisted of 256 teachers of Secondary school in Prachinburi education service area office 1. The tools of research were the constructed questionnaires and used for data collection. The collected data were analyzed by means of percentage and standard deviation t-test and One–Way ANOVA Analysis of Variance was used to test the significant differences at 0.05 level.
The research findings were as follows:
Good Governance and educational administration in secondary schools under Prachinburi education survice area office 1., as a whole, was found to be in the high level. and when considering each aspect of Administrators, it was found that the mean values of all aspects were in high level with the following orders: transparency, responsibility, goodness, participation, the rule of low and the worth.
ñ. For the comparison of good governance and educational administration in secondary schools under Prachinburi education survice area office 1. by their personal factors according to the opinions of teachers, it was found that
ò.Teachers of different age, educational level, and experiences were not significantly different in their opinions towards good governance and educational Administration in Secondary schools under Prachinburi education survice area office 1, at 0.05 level and thus rejecting the proposed hypothesis.
ó. Teachers of different sexes and size secondary schools it was found that were significantly different in their opinions towards good governance and educational administration in secondary schools under Prachinburi education service area office 1, at 0.05 level . Which accepted the proposed hypothesis. By teachers in large school opinions towards good governance and educational administration in secondary schools than teachers in small and medium-sized schools. |
