ABSTRACT
The study entitled ‘The View of Educational Personnel on the Methods of Discipline Construction for secondary Pupils under the Office of Pathum Thani-Sara Buri Primary Education Area 4’ was a survey research to study the view of Educational personnel on the methods of discipline construction for secondary pupils under the Office of Pathum Thani-Sara Buri Primary Education Area 4 and to compare the view of Educational personnel on the methods of discipline construction for secondary pupils under the Office of Pathum Thani-Sara Buri Primary Education Area 4. The population of the study were 108 Educational personnel of the secondary schools under the Office of Pathum Thani-Sara Buri Primary Education Area 4 specifying 2 schools, i.e., Thepsirindra school, Klong 13 on Pathum Thain Province and the Pre-university school of Phatthanakarn, Lam Lukka of Nakhon Nayok. Statistics used for the data analysis was Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation, t-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance: F-test based on the ready-made computer programme. The results of the study were as follows:
FINDINGS:
1. The result of the data analysis of the view of Educational personnel on the discipline construction for secondary pupils under the Office of Pathum Thani-Sara Buri Primary Education Area 4 to find out X and S.D. values were found that the methods of the discipline construction for pupils of secondary schools under the Office of Pathum Thani-Sara Buri Primary Education Area 4 in general in all aspects were high and while considering each aspect it was found that 1 aspect was high and 2 aspects were moderate. The former one was the aspect of well-cleaned being and the later aspects were dressing encouragement and abiding by the rule, regulation and guideline of the school.
2. The result of the comparative analysis of the view of Educational personnel on the discipline construction for secondary pupils under the Office of Pathum Thani-Sara Buri Primary Education Area 4 classified according to sex and Educational institution through t-test was as follows:
1) To the sex it was generally found that it was not significantly different at .05 level which was not associated with the given hypothesis, while considering each aspect it was found not to be significantly different at .05 level.
2) To the educational institution was generally found that it was not significantly different at .05 level which was not associated with the given hypothesis, while considering each aspect it was found not to be significantly different at .05 level.
3. The result of the comparative analysis of the attitude of pupils upon the role of Buddhist monks in the encouragement of Virtue and Ethics of Primary pupils under the Office of Pathum Thani Education Area 2 classified according to age and class levels through the One-Way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA was generally found that it was not significantly different at .05 level which was not associated with the given hypothesis, while considering each aspect it was found that the aspect of dressing was significantly different at .05 level. |
