ABSTRACT
This Research was undertake with the following Objectives; (1) to Study of Informal Education Administration by the Monks in Pathumthani Province,(2) to make a comparative study of the management of informal education by the monks classified by ages, years, general education gualifications, Nakdham and Pali gualifications, Royal temples and private temples, and (3) to Study the Problems and the ways for solution the Problems in managing the Informal Education by the Monks in Pathumthani Province. The samples consisted of 177 Monk Administrators in Pathumthani Province. The Research test was the constructed questionnaises and the obtained data were Analysed by finding out the following statistical values: frequencies, Rereetages, asithmetic means, and standard deviation and t-test and One-Way ANOVA was also used to test the differences between the means.
It was found that 5 to study Informal Education Administration by the Monks in Pathumthani Province induding the development of like quality, community and social development, preservation and viuiuification of culture and local wisdom, knowledge source management and recreation, on the whole, were in the middle level, When considering each condition, it was found that they were all in the middle level and when comparing the Administration of Informal Education classified by ages, Nakdham and Pali qualification, Royal temples and private temples of Administration monks in Pathumthani Province, it recarled that no significant difference was found, and the Problems in managing Informal Education was found to be mainly the Problems about the budget and Personnel and there is a need to support the Administration of Informal Education by Monks from all the Sectors Concerned so that the Monks and Continue Informal Education Effectively. |
