ABSTRACT
The main objectives of this research are the teachers’ students’ and guardians’ satisfaction with educational management of the state high schools in eastern provinces. Research conducted by survey research method. Data collected by questionnaire, and include teachers, students and guardians as sample to study the educational management in Piboonbumpen Demonstration School, Burapha University, Chonburi. Sample size was 721.The quality of questionnaires content validity was found satisfactory by three experts, and the reliability was 0.95. Statistics were used in this study are percentage, mean, standard deviation (SD.).To test the hypotheses by using t-test and one way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA.).
The findings of this study are concluded as follows:
The teachers’ students’ and guardians’ satisfaction with the educational management of the state high schools in eastern provinces, overall satisfactions were moderate. Education management is divided in three main parts to study. The first part is environmental area and building, second is learning and teaching management, third is administrative. All three parts are moderate on the basis of satisfaction of teachers, students and guardians toward education management.
Considering teachers’ satisfaction with the educational management the state high schools in eastern provinces, overall satisfaction was much. For each part, the satisfaction of environmental area and building part was moderate, satisfaction of learning and teaching management part and administrative part were much. For students’ satisfaction with the educational management the state high schools in eastern provinces, overall satisfaction was moderate, and all three parts are moderate. For guardians’ satisfaction with the educational management the state high schools in eastern provinces, overall satisfaction was moderate, and all three parts are moderate.
The comparison of the teachers’ students’ and guardians’ satisfaction with the educational management of the state high schools in eastern provinces, considering the factor of gender, status, age and educational level, it was found that on the basis of gender there was no difference in the level of satisfaction among teachers, students and guardians but there was difference in the level of satisfaction on the basis of status, age and level of education at the significant .05 level. |
