ABSTRACT
This research is aimed to study of the personnel administration and the way of personnel administration in Secondary School of Bangkok Yai District under the supervision of Secondary Education Service Area Office 1 Bangkok.
There are three schools of sample group used for this research comprising 11 members of the administrative staff and 170 teachers. Five levels of estimation of questionnaires have been used as the instrument for this research. The statistics used for data analysis are frequency value, percentage value, average and standard deviation. The findings are as follows:
In pursuance of the points of view resulting from the executives and teachers found that the personnel administration conditions in personnel planning, personnel searching, operation result assessment and personnel development stay at high level of operation.
The way of personnel administration of the executives and the teachers found that the plan of how to the right personnel in to the right place should have been planed, open the opportunity for teachers to take part in personnel searching, provide the promotion of Technical Training seminar, ethics and ethical practice, there should be the fair assessment of the individual ability in working. |
