ABSTRACT
The main objectives of this research : 1) to study the participation of the
moral in the management to teaching in the secondary school in the district Nong
Khae Saraburi province  2 )  to compare the participation of the moral in the
management to teaching in the secondary school in the district No ng Khae Saraburi
Province  3 )  to study the problem obstacles and recommendations to the
participation of the moral in the management to teaching in the secondary school in
the district Nong Khae Saraburi Province sampling used in the research , teachers and
students in high school in the district Nong Khae Saraburi province , the number of  2
respondents used this technique is used in the collection for IYR respondents in the

The Findings of the study were concluded as follws:
