ABSTRACT
The main objectives of this research are 1) To study developed efficiency of the working staffs of Khaosai sub-district municipal personnel Thapkhlo district, Phichit province in accordance with Iddhipada four and 2) To present the guidelines and suggestion for performance of employees of Khaosai sub-district municipal according with Iddhipada four for efficiency of the working staffs and the group of samples of these studies were employees of Khaosai sub-district municipal personnel Thapkhlo district, Phichit province total amount 143 working staffs and interviewed 5 administrator persons.
Research methodologies were survey research and quantitative research. The tools used for data collection were the questionnaire to measure levels of performance of the activities of working staffs of Khaosai sub-district municipal personnel Thapkhlo district , Phichit province according to Iddhipada four as value of confidence 0.05. Data were analyzed by Program for Social Science Research. The statistics used for data analysis such as frequencies, percentage, average, standard deviation (S.D.) and compared the efficiency of the performance of working staffs of Khaosai sub-district municipal personnel Thapkhlo district, Phichit province according to Iddhipada four. The analysis was also done through t-test, one way analysis of variance. In case of finding the difference in average upward from 3 groups by Least Significant Difference : LSD and analyzed from interviewed papers.
The results of study were findings:
The development of operational efficiency as of working staffs of Khaosai sub-district municipal personnel Thapkhlo district, Phichit provience according to Iddhipada four all the images included in the medium. Which shows that Staff satisfaction and interest. Laboriousness with attention to the performance and reasonably were contemplated. The main duties of the Iddhipada four hold to influence the development of operational efficiency of municipal personnel. The results were as follows: Personnel should adhere to all the Iddhipada four this was important to the performance and efficiency and applied to suit the tasks and responsibilities as well as the habit of personal practice. This can be beneficial to the development of quality human resources. Operational efficiency and reliability and value benefits for the municipality are a public service to local people.
