Abstract

    The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the achievement in the operation of Sub-District administrative organizations in Ladyao District, Nakhonsawan Province, 2) to compare the opinion of the people  toward study the achievement in the operation of Sub-District administrative organizations in Ladyao District, Nakhonsawan Province by classifying on the personal factors: sex, age, educational degree, income and occupation, and 3) to study problems, barriers, and suggestions for the achievement in the operation of Sub-District administrative organizations in Ladyao District, Nakhonsawan Province.

This research applied Survey Research. The sample of the study was 382 people living in Ladyao District,    Nakhonsawan Province. The instrument of the study was the questionnaires. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, t-test and F-test by One Way ANOWA and Least Significant Difference: LSD at 0.05 of statistical significance.

The results of the study found that

 Overall, the people had the opinion toward the achievement in the operation of Sub-District administrative organizations in Ladyao District, Nakhonsawan Province in high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that these were in high level for all aspects.

 For the comparison of the opinion of the people toward the achievement in the operation of Sub-District administrative organizations in Ladyao District, Nakhonsawan Province by classifying on the personal factors, it was found that the people had no different opinion toward study the achievement in the operation of Sub-District administrative organizations in Ladyao District, Nakhonsawan Province for all aspects.

The problems, the barriers and the suggestion for the achievement in the operation of Sub-District administrative organizations in Ladyao District, Nakhonsawan Province were the organization should give the opportunity to the people for the participation in the administration, and the administrators should give the importance to the people for the participation in the administration and have the public relations for the people to know the administration of the Sub-District administrative organizations. Moreover, the administrators should administer by applying the participation of the people students and the people, reduce the difficult procedures of the regulation in the administration of the Sub-District administrative organizations and have the clearness in the working. The administrators should have the responsibility in the administration of the Sub-District administrative organizations and apply the equality in the administration to make the benefit to the need of the community.
