Abstract
The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the human resource management applying the four Iddhipada of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, General Education Department in Muang District, Nakhonsawan Province and 2) to the suggestions for the human resource management applying the four Iddhipada of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, General Education Department in Muang District, Nakhonsawan Province.
This research applied Survey Research. The sample of the study was 85 administrators, teachers and personnel of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, General Education Department in Muang District, Nakhonsawan Province The instrument of the study was the questionnaires. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard deviation.
The results of the study found that
1. Overall, the human resource management applying the four Iddhipada of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, General Education Department in Muang District, Nakhonsawan Province was in high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that these were in high level for all aspects.
2. The suggestions for the human resource management applying the four Iddhipada of Phrapariyattidhamma schools, General Education Department in Muang District, Nakhonsawan Province were that the administrators should follow up the development of the assignment that gave the personnel and have the obvious standpoint in the administration. Moreover, the organization should have the training each month to know the problems within the organization and develop the personnel to update to the situation in the present.
