ABSTRACT
The objectives of this study were: 1) to study levels of human resource development according to four Bhavana of Engineer Battalion IV, Nakhonsawan Province, 2) to compare opinion of the government officers toward the human resource development according to four Bhavana of Engineer Battalion IV, Nakhonsawan Province, and 3) to study problems, barriers and ways for the human resource development according to four Bhavana of Engineer Battalion IV, Nakhonsawan Province.
This research applied Survey Research. The sample of the study was 239 government officers by the Simple Random Sampling. The instrument of the study was the questionnaires. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, by One Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD.
Results of the study
1. Overall, the government officers of Engineer Battalion IV, Nakhonsawan Province had opinion toward the human resource development according to four Bhavana of Engineer Battalion IV, Nakhonsawan Province in the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the government officers of Engineer Battalion IV, Nakhonsawan Province hadopinion toward the human resource development according to four Bhavana of Engineer Battalion IV, Nakhonsawan Province in the highest level for all aspects.
2. For the comparison of the government officers’ opinion toward the human resource development according to four Bhavana of Engineer Battalion IV, Nakhonsawan Province by classifying on the personal factors: sex, educational degree, working years, ranking, and income per month, it was found that the government officers had no different opinion toward the human resource development according to four Bhavana of Engineer Battalion IV, Nakhonsawan Province. The hypothesis was denied.
3. For the problems, barriers, and suggestions for the human resource development according to four Bhavana of Engineer Battalion IV, Nakhonsawan Province, the chief must be the good prototype in the working and living. The chief should make the plan for the personnel development to correspond to the policy and the strategy of the organization, manage them thoroughly, and study the application of Buddha-Dhamma principles in working or the potential development of personnel. Moreover, the chief should study the factors influencing to the human resource development of Engineer Battalion IV, Nakhonsawan Province. |
