Abstract

          The objectives of this study were: 1) to study local wisdom management of sub-district administrative organizations in Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province, 2) to compare the local wisdom management of sub-district administrative organizations in Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province by classifying on the personal factors, and 3) to study problems, barriers and ways for supporting the local wisdom management of sub-district administrative organizations in Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province.

This research applied Survey Research. The sample of the study was 352 people.  The instrument of the study was the questionnaires. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, t-test, and F-test by One Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD.

Results of the study

1. Overall, the local wisdom management of sub-district administrative organizations in Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province was in high level. When considering each aspect: personnel, budget, tools or equipment, and management, it was found that these were in high level.

2. For the comparison of the personnel’s opinion and the members’ opinion of professional developmental grouptoward t the local wisdom learning management of sub-district administrative organizations in Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province by classifying the personal factors: : sex, age, educational degree, occupations, and income per month, it was found that the personnel and members of professional developmental group had  different opinion toward the local wisdom learning management of sub-district administrative organizations in Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province in the sex, age, educational degree and income per month at 0.01 of statistical significance.  However, the personnel and members of professional developmental group had no different opinion toward the local wisdom learning management of sub-district administrative organizations in Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province in the occupation at 0.05 of statistical significance.

3. For the problems, barriers, and suggestions for the local wisdom learning management of sub-district administrative organizations in Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province, it should it should increase the budget in the tools and equipment and train for the knowledge in the system and the procure of the modern tools and equipment, give the ethical knowledge in working, the seminar or training to make new concept and compare the working in the original concept and the new concept. Moreover, it should study the effectiveness of the products within the groups before launching them to the public.
