ABSTRACT
The Objective of this research were : 1) to study the level of leadership applying the seven Sappurisadhammas in the organization development of the mayor, Nongsor Sub-District Municipality, Muang district, Kalasin province, 2) to compare the level of leadership applying the seven Sapparisadhammas in the organization development of the mayor, Nongsor Sub-District Municipality, Kalasin province, classified by different factors and, 3) to survey what are the problems, obstacles and the way to support applying the seven Sapparisadhammas in the organization development of the mayor, Nongsor Sub-District Municipality, Muang district, Kalasin province.
This research applied Quantitative Research. The sample of the study was 370 people in Nongsor Sub-District Municipality, Muang District, Kalasin province. The instrument of the study was the questionnaires. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Difference : LSD at 0.05 of statistical significance.
Finding :
The people’s opinion towards the leadership applying the seven Sapparisadhammas in the organization development of the mayor, Nongsor Sub-District Municipality, Muang district, Kalasin province were overall at a high level . After considering each aspect from high to low level of mean, the results were as follows : Attannuta, Parisannuta, Kalannuta, Mattannuta, Dhammannuta, and Atthannuta. Puggalannuta was at the moderate level.
When comparing people’s opinion towards the leadership applying the seven Sapparisadhammas in the organization development of the mayor, Nongsor Sub-District Municipality, Muang district, Kalasin province classified by personal factors, the people with different sexes, ages, educations, and careers showed different in overall with the statistic significance at 0.01 and 0.05, so the assumption was accepted. Different income, and marital status were not different in overall, so the assumption was denied.
The problems about the leadership applying the seven sappurisa dhammas in the organization development of the mayor, Nongsor Sub-District Municipality, Muang district, Kalasin province did not find the real cause of the problem and solving problem wasn’t correct until to be a chronic problems. The personnel was lack the reason of work and there wasn’t the goal, as a result, they did not work out as well as it should. The leader used the power over the people, go home early, it showed problems on officers’ coordination because Nongsor municipal area is quite large and the people in this area have many problems. The leaders have a lot problems on the individual. Especially the teenager, the age of strong emotions and like many places worshipers. |
