Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the opinions of board of committee, administrators, teachers and personal towards the good governance administration of Muang Municipal School, Chachoengsao Province, 2) to compare the opinions of board of committee, administrators, teachers and personal towards the good governance administration of Muang Municipal School, Chachoengsao Province, and 3) to study the relative factors 0f the good governance administration of Muangchoengsao Province.
The research methodology was quantitative method, collecting data with questionnaires, covering 6 aspects of good governance; they are 1. The rule of law, 2. Ethical principles, 3. Transparency, 4. Participation, 5. Responsibility and 6. Worthiness. The coefficient reliability was 0.9841. Data were collected from board of committee, administrators, teacher and personal totaling 113 people. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentile, mean and standard deviation (S.D.)
Findings:

personal towards the relative factors of good governance administration of Muang Municipal School, Chachoengsao Province were at highest level. The opinions by each aspect were also at the highest level.
2. The over all opinions of board of committee, administrators, teacher and personal towards the good governance administration of Muang Municipal School, Chachoengsao Province were at high level. The opinions towards each aspect were at the highest level.
3. The problem, obstacles and suggestion from of the board of committee, administrators, teachers and personal toward the good governance administration of Muang Municipal School, Chachoengsao Province were that:
As for the rules of laws, there should be reasonable and equal treatment towards all Personal. Old rules and regulations should renewed and improved.
As for the ethical principles, patronage system should be revoked, Personal should be promoted according to their capability. The workplace should promote public will and service mind so that they will render service with sacrifice.
As for the transparency, all aspects of works can be inspected. Service is rendered with transparency without corruption. All department must be able to be inspected.
As for responsibility, there should be clear job allocation appropriately to positions. There should co-responsibility among administrators, works or and employees.
As for participation, there should be participative agreement in position promoting. There should be participative expression in all administrative matters.
Governance, must be always careful for the safety to life and property. One must not take the unit property for one own use. The tools and facilities must be always repaired and kept in good condition for the fullest utilization. |
