ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were 1) to examine Buddhist schools management uses by POSDCoRB management model. 2) to compare management concept of Buddhist schools management followed POSDCoRB management model. 3) to investigate problems and obstacles of Buddhist schools. Management according to POSDCoRB management model in the 3 rd. Government Control Region Administration.

The populations come from three registered schools accredited with the standard of Buddhist school.

The methodology in this study is qualitative study and data were collected from of population consisted of 14 executives and 271 teachers in total of 285 people. The tool for this research is questionnaire.

Findings:  

The finding found that three Buddhist schools in third provincial followed POSDCoRB management model with seven aspects. Considered each aspect, there is the average of 4.14.

             When considering each schools, We found that Watmaikrongthong School shows the average of 4.32, Thawonnimit School has average of 3.94 and Watsothornwararamvorawihan School shows 4.17 in average.

              It was noted that MatthayomWatmaikrongthong School follows POSDCoRB management model better than others in nearly every aspects. The best aspect is planning with average of 4.48 and it is higher than average of Thawonnimit School (average = 4.07)

              In conclusion, the overall performances of all schools Buddhist schools management followed POSDCoRB management model in the third Government Control Region Administration are high level.
