Abstract

          The objectives of the research were, 1) to study people’s satisfaction towards the management according to IV Sangkhahavatthu of the Bangkahai Sub-District Administrative Organizative, Muang District, Chachoengsao Province. 2) to compare the people’s satisfaction towards local administrative organization according to IV Sangkhahavatthu Bangkahai Sub-District, Muang District, Chachoengsao Province by means of personal factors 3) to study suggestions from the people towards local administrative organization according of Bangkahai Sub-District, Muang District, Chachoengsao Province.

The research methodology was quantitative research, collecting data from 380 samples using quesionairs. Data were analyzed by statistics of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation (S.D.) Comparisons hypothesis were tested by t-test, F-test and the analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA)

Findings:

Most respondents were, female 54.5 percent, with age of 40-49 years old (31.3 percent), had primary education level (31.1 percent), were company employees (31.8 percent), as for income per month, had income between 5,001 to 10,000 baht (46.1 percent), and have been resided in the district for more than 20 years (63.7 percent).  

The people’s satisfaction towards local administrative organization according to IV Sangkhahavatthu Bangkahai Sub-District, Muang District, Chachoengsao Province, was at high level with the average of 3.91. By determining in each category, it was found that, Dana, giving, Piyavacha, sweet words, Attachariya, beneficial act, and Samanattata, equal treatment were also at high level also.

Comparing people’s satisfaction towards local administrative organization according to IV Sangkhahavatthu Bangkahai Sub-District, Muang District, Chachoengsao Province, it was found that people with different gender, age, level of education, occupation, income and  resident time had no different opinion towards the local administrative organization according to IV Sangkhahavatthu Bangkahai Sub-District, Muang District.

From people suggestions, there should be the development of administration by developing the personnel and enhancing the main virtues. There should be promoting administrative rendering based on IV Sanghavudthu, and helping people equally without discrimination.
