ABSTRACT
The objectives of the research were: 1) to studythemorale in the working of the personal of the AP-POOL (THAILAND) Ltd. 2) to study personalfactorsthat affectthe morale of theworkersTheAP-POOL(Thailand) Ltd.3)To study thebarrier problemsand solutions to the moraleof the employeesworkingintheAP-pool. (Thailand) Ltd.
The study was conducted. Using mixed research methods (Mix Method research) research using quantitative research methods. (Quantitative Research), use Methods Survey Research (Survey Research) and an in-depth interview (In-depth Interview) with the important information (Key Informants) collected data from questionnaires distributed to employees of AP-POOL (THAILAND) Ltd.All data were collected. By asking about factors that affect the morale of the employees working in the company AP-POOL (THAILAND) Ltd250 people and open-ended questionnaire Interviews and more. To test the hypothesis (Hypothesis Testing) for testing to determine the factors that affect the morale of the employees working in the company. AP pool (s) to test the relationship between the variables were gender, age, education level, marital status, job, time, and money that has been, that is associated with the variable factors. Affect the morale of the employees working in the Company AP-pool (s) or by using the chi-square test (Chi - Square) are Statistically Significant at ∞ = .05.
The findings of this research are as follows:
