Abstract
The objectives of this study were: 1) to study leadership applying four Sangahavatthu, 2) to compare the leadership applying the four Sangahavatthu by classifying the personal factors, and 3) to study ways for the development of the leadership applying the four Sangahavatthu of secondary school administrators in Muang District, Nakhonsawan Province.
The sample of the study was 270 teachers and educational personnel at secondary schools in Muang District, Nakhonsawan Province by Purposive Sampling. The instrument of the study was the questionnaires with 0.991 of reliability. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Least Significant Difference: LSD.
The results of the study found that overall, the leadership applying the four Sangahavatthu of the secondary school administrators in Muang District, Nakhonsawan Province was in high level. When considering each aspect : Dana, Piyavaca, Atthacariya, and Samanattata, it was found that these were in high level.
For the comparison of the personnel’s opinion toward the leadership applying the four Sangahavatthu of secondary school administrators in Muang District, Nakhonsawan Province by classifying the personal factors, it was found that the personnel having sex, age, educational degrees, educational personnel, and work experiences had no different opinion toward the leadership applying the four Sangahavatthu of secondary school administrators in Muang District, Nakhonsawan Province. The hypothesis is denied.
The ways for the development of the leadership applying the four Sangahavatthu of secondary school administrators in Muang District, Nakhonsawan Province were the administrators must realize the sensitive feeling of the personnel and speak rhetorically in the interactive. The administrators should create the motivation for the personnel to do the assignments, use the various interactive creatively such as the sudden administration or service, not be arrogant or behave over highly, and make the harmony in the group and the connection between the schools and the society or the external organizations to make the friendship between the schools and the community or the organizations. |
