Abstract

 

The objective of this research were : 1) to study effective  management  of  the community development administrative  of  the Khaowong  organization in PhraBuddhabat  district  Saraburi  province, 2) to compare public views towards effective  management  of  the Community Development Administrative  of  The Khaowong  organization in PhraBuddhabat  District  Saraburi  Province, 3) to study problem, obstacle, and proposed suggestions on effective  management  of  the community development administrative  of  the Khaowong  organization in PhraBuddhabat  district  Saraburi  province.

 This study is blended research by means of qualitative and survey methodology. Sample population group for this is people aged from over 18 years on who are eligible to vote for parliament members election by means of selecting 3,655 sample populations who are residents of the Khaowong organization in PhraBuddhabat  District  Saraburi  Province with opening sample population table of Taro Yamane. Sample population are 361 in number, the tool for collecting data is the questionnaire, data analysis is manipulated by formula program for social studies research. Statistics used for analyzing general data of population is frequencies, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis test for describing individual factor data,   t-test for testing the distinction between mean of both group and test of F-test by means of analyzing one way anova in order to test the distinction of over 3 groups and pair means by significant least significant difference : LSD) and also a qualitative research by In-Depth Interview and Key Informant and manipulating analysis technique of context contents.

 

The result was found that

1) For the effective  management  of  the community development administrative  of  The organization in district, people’s views are totally in the most significant level (  = 4.34) while in individual aspect it is found that it is in the most significant level every aspect, except for the management of development of natural resources and environment in the most significant level, most to least respective mean i.e. the management of life quality development in accordance with          self-sufficiency economics philosophy (  = 4.55), the management of tourism promotion development  (  = 4.41), the management of conservation and restoration of arts, culture, tradition and local knowledge, (  = 4.37), the management of democracy and civil consent  promotion development (  = 4.27), the management of organization development and state authorities for better management (  = 4.23), and the management of development of natural resources and environment (  = 4.20).

2) The comparison of people views towards the effective  management  of  the community development administrative  of  the organization categorized by individual factor i.e. gender, age, education, occupation and income was found that people of distinct gender, age, education and occupation have opinions towards the effective  management  of  the community development administrative  of  the organization are not different while people with distinct income who have distinct opinions toward the effective  management  of  the community development administrative  of  the organization are in significant level at 0.05.

               3. The effective  management  of  the community development administrative  of  The Khaowong  organization in PhraBuddhabat  district  Saraburi  province can be concluded as follows: a principle of the management with various styles depends on each organization culture and situation. Nevertheless, it is necessary for long practice that participatory management is exercised by counseling and consulting with multiple sector especially mutual understanding, decision-making, served as a head of organization, he/she must direct all authorities to work efficiently and effectively, since direction, management and personnel development are the key emphasizing workers preparing plan for personnel development, authorities’ self-development, equal service treatment for customers, conscience, function in rendering a service, assistance and recommendations as useful information,  willful and equal service, good mind and friendly-user and polite to everyone, the management by adhering to people’s mutual benefits and in accordance with their requirements by regards of public tool and objects with cheap and reasonable manners in cooperation with government officials  and people with devoted and sincere manners. Works are part of life and are numerous. Works with fun and happy moods, the administrative should regard the authorities working happily and the organization with its authorities devoted to works who are happy, firm and grows sustainably.
