ABSTRACT

The purposesof this research “A Study of an Applying of Four Sangahavatthus of Educational Administrators under Nakhonsawan Secondary Educational Service Area 42” were as follow : 1) To study the Applying of Four Sangahavatthus of Educational Administrators under Nakhonsawan  Secondary Educational Service Area 42, Nakhonsawan Province. 2) To compare the opinion of using the Applying of Four Sangahavatthus of Educational Administrators under Nakhonsawan Secondary Educational Service Area 42, Nakhonsawan Province classified by personal factors. 3) To analyze the problems, obstacles amd advices of the Applying of  Four Sangahavatthus of Administrators under Nakhonsawan Secondary Educational Service Area 42, Nakhonsawan Province. The sample of this study was the teachers in Nakhonsawan Secondary Educational Service Area 42, Muang District, Nakhonsawan Province consisting of 242 teachers. The method of the study was Stratified Random Sampling. The questionnaire was used as the research tools. The analysis of data have been done by frequency, percentage, mean,  t-test and One Way ANOVA. If they were statistical significance therefore they will be computed by Mutiple Comparisons (Least significant Difference ; LSD).

The results of this study found that most of respondents were females for the number of 169 persons equal to 69.83 percent. According to age, there were 160 persons who has 45 years old or more about 66.12 percent. Most of the sample  are graduated in bachelor degree. The official period of time for Administrators were more than 15 years old. The school has the large size. There were 801 students or more. The teachers’ opinions towards the applying of Four Sangahavatthus for Administrators were in the high level as a whole and for each dimensions. In order to compare the teachers’ opinions for the applying of Four Sangahavatthus. It was found that only the dimension of school size was statistical significant as .01 level.

The suggestion of applying the four Sangahavatthus in school Administration were as follows. the school Administrators should provide all facilities to teachers, the school Administrators should be humble, the school Administrators should be cooperated with each other for the benefit of the school development and the school Administrators should be justice for everybody in the school.
