Abstract
The research entitled “The Participant Administration according to The Four Noble Truths of Basic Education Committees in the primary schools in Phnom district, Surat thani province” is three objectives, (1) to study the participatory administration according to The Four Noble Truths, (2) to compare the participatory administration according to The Four Noble Truths, (3) to study the problems, hindrances, and suggestions of the participatory administration according to The Four Noble Truths of basic education committees the elementary schools in Phanom district, Surat thani province in the academic year of 2555. The total population used in this research were 249 persons. When it compared with ready-made table of sample-size calculation of Krejcie & Morgan, they were 150 samples. The studying was carried out by separating data from the Independent Variance namely Gender, Age, occupation, qualification, and status of basic education committees. The dependent variance was the participatory administration according to The Four Noble Truths in four aspects namely suffering (dukkha), the cause of suffering (samudaya), the cessation of suffering (nirodha), and path leading to the cessation of suffering (Magga). The studying instruments used to obtain information were questionnaires about the participatory administration according to The Four Noble Truths of basic education committees and opinions on the problems, hindrances, and suggestions of the participatory administration according to The Four Noble Truths of basic education committees. The statistical confidence from the proceeded questionnaires in totality was 0.94. The statistics applied to compute data analysis were Frequency, Percent, Mean, Standard, Deviation, t – test, One - way ANOVA, and Least Significant Difference: LSD and all data analysis.
The results had found that :
1. From result of the data analysis of the participatory administration according to The Four Noble Truths of basic education committees in the primary schools in Phanom district, Surat thani province, was found to be generally high in an average value, while individually considering in aspects it was found that suffering (dukkha), the participation in study issues, and the path leading to cessation of suffering (Magga), the participation in method-setting up of education management, were at high level. But the cause of suffering (samudaya), the participation in cause and effect of problems analysis, and the cessation of suffering (nirodha), the participation in education management goal-setting up, were at the medium level.
2. The comparison of participatory administration according to The Four Noble Truths of basic education committees in the primary schools in Phanom district, Surat thani province was found that basic education committees with gender, occupation, qualification, and status of being basic education committees in difference had variously the participatory administration according to The Four Noble Truths with statistical significance .05 level. But basic education committees with varying ages had the participatory administration according to The Four Noble Truths similarly.
3. The problems and hindrances in the participatory administration according to The Four Noble Truths of basic education committees in the primary schools in Phanom district, Surat thani province were namely taking part in the academic meetings inexistent, disliking taking part in meeting, lacking of knowledge and understanding in their roles and duties, and education management method of know-how in the present time, im-pursuing the educational moving on, lacking of analysis in causes of problems and education management goal setting up, insufficiency in listening to reasons, having contradictious opinions on copying with problems and persistency in one’s own idea without the meeting’s decision.
4. For suggestions of the participatory administration according to The Four Noble Truths of basic education committees in the primary schools in Phanom district, Surat thani province, should have a surveying of local and school problems, present them in the meeting for discussion and take them to analyze for finding ways, setting up methods and objectives of education management together by considering to all organization’s benefit firstly, paying more attention to educational importance. The school should set a framework roles, duties and clarify ways to practice more clearly in education management together with basic education committees and have a training them understanding roles and duties doubtlessly. |
