ABSTRACT
This research is to study of Organizational Climate Affecting Efficiency of Personnel’s Performance in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University and to compare of Organizational Climate Affecting Efficiency of Personnel’s Performance in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University according to the personnel’s opinion. The sample group is 285 persons for using in this study, they are from the section in academic, professional operation, and general administration at MCU main campus, campus, and Buddhist Sangha collages. The statistics used for data analysis is to find the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance: F-test.
The research finding found that as follows
1. The result of data analysis of Organizational Climate Affecting Efficiency of Personnel’s Performance in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University is found that overall sides are average level, when considering in each side is found that overall sides is average level according to means level as follows, 1) closed organizational climate, 2) free organizational climate, 3) opened organizational climate, 4) friendly organizational climate, 5) controlled organizational climate, and 6) paternal organizational climate.
2. The result of hypothesis is the comparative analysis of Organizational Climate Affecting Efficiency of Personnel’s Performance in Mahachulalongkorn-rajavidyalaya University according to personnel’s opinion, overall image is found that the personnel of the University having gender, position, age and experience in their work are different, and then opinion of organizational climate affecting efficiency of working is not different which significantly at 0.05 level. |
