Abstract
The purpose of the research was to study of the System of Caring Management of Lower Secondary Students of Konon School in Bhasricharoen District Bangkok, by qualitative research using structured interview. Research interview group were 2 principals of school, 6 teacher advisers, 6 school boards, 6 secondary students and 6 parents. The total was 26 sample. The content analysis was used to analyze data.
The results showed that
1.The System of Caring Management of Lower Secondary Students of Konon School in Bhasricharoen District Bangkok was related Bangkok’s administration of student caring system, with the appointment of the participatory management committee from school boards, parents, community leaders and stakeholders co-operation to give students best quality of life. The appointment of committee responsible for the administration of student caring system’s activities and projects and the appointment of committee reports to the clear, accountability management.
2.To promote the System of Caring Management of Lower Secondary Students of Konon School consisted of five steps of tasks: knowing individual students; student selection; promoting development; to help prevent and resolve; and student referral. All tasks were carried out. They were performed by the ensuing: used SDQ Behavior Assessment Form; made home invitation;
made plan for student selection; arranged activities for promoting vocation; provided teachers with basic counseling knowledge; co-operated in helping student; and invited parents to school to acknowledge the necessity of student referral. |
