ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to study of the ethical behaviors of the military department ordnance department, royal thai army Dusit District , Bangkok and to find the ways to promote the ethical behaviors of the military department ordnance department, royal thai army Dusit District, Bangkok. The sampling group used in this study was the military at department of army weapons 350 people. Questionnaires were used to collect data for statistical analysis by the percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results showed that
1. The result of study the ethical behaviors of the military department ordnance department, royal thai army Dusit District, Bangkok, found that to be in high level by overall aspects, when they were studied separately found that the love of honor was at the highest level and 5 aspects to be high level from the most to the least opinion of responsibility, the maintenance of their property, the act as a role model and discipline respectively.
2. The result the ethical behaviors of the military department ordnance department, royal thai army Dusit District , Bangkok, found that to be in high level by overall aspects, when they were studied separately found that all aspects to be in high levels from the most to the least opinion of love of honor, responsibility, the maintenance of their property, the act as a role model and discipline respectively.
3. The suggestions to promote the ethical behaviors of the military department ordnance department, royal thai army Dusit District, Bangkok 1) love of honor : should be made to cultivate the awareness of military and should have a project on the conservation of culture and a good image. 2) discipline: to provide a better understanding of the training and discipline at every level and project to build the discipline in its own military. 3) responsibility: should have been doing a project on the roles and responsibilities and projects to cultivate a positive attitude about their responsibilities in accordance with a position of responsibility. 4) the act as a role model : should be provided with the behavior of the military and activities on the behavior of a prototype and 5) the maintenance of their property : to exhibit a behavior or activity on the maintenance of its military and project on the concept of sufficiency economy. |
