ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to The Leadership of Administrators in Accordance with Sympathy (Sangahavatthu IV) Secondary Schools, KlongToey, District Bangkok. To compare the executive The leadership of Administrators in Accordance with Sympathy (Sangahavatthu IV) Secondary Schools, Klongtoey , District Bangkok. To study the way to develop the leadership of Administrators in Accordance with Sympathy (Sangahavatthu IV) Secondary Schools, Klongtoey District Bangkok by the Survey Research for administrators and dteachers, The samples group consisted of 148. The reliability analysis was 0.826. The research tool was a questionnaire and data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, test (t-test), and one-way analysis of variance (One way ANOVA).
The research found that as follows:
1. The Study of Leadership of Administrators Accordance with Sympathy (Sangahavatthu IV) Secondary Schools , Klong Toey, District Bangkok at the overall was high level. There were composed from the most to the least as follows : kindly speech (Piyãvãcã),giving(Dãnã), equality in impartiality(Sãmãnãttãtã) and life of service (Atthãcãriyã).
2.The comparison of the general administration and teachers’ opinion on the executive leadership of the gender, age, level of education,working experience and position of the leadership of the school administration and there was a statistically significant difference.
3. Suggested that the study: 1) Giving (Dãnã) : Administrators should give a morale among staff, welfare and won praise for their work sincerely support materials provisioning tools facilitate appropriate. 2) Kindly speech (Piyãvãcã): Administrators should use a polite and gentle words to clarify matters of personnel policy, emotional maturity to control and say in a constructive way, courteous manner and someone always be subordinate. 3) life of service (Atthãcãriyã): Administrators should establish good interpersonal cooperation and help support the work and activities with enthusiasm. If a subordinate has a problem should help, behave as appropriate for their situation and should be a part of and benefit to the community and nation. 4) equality in impartiality(Sãmãnãttãtã) : Administrators should have consistently, non - alignment in the previous administration, Assignments, disciplinary rules show courtesy towards subordinates and should be transparent, fair, equitable standard as all time. |
