ABSTRACT

                    The purposes of this Research were to study the activities promoting the individuality of students of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Wangnoi District Ayutthaya Province and to study the suggestions of activities promoting the identity of students of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Wangnoi District Ayutthaya Province. The sampling groups were 300 students of Bachelor’s class from 4 faculties namely faculties of Buddhism, education, humanities and social sciences. The questionnaires were used to collect data for statistical analysis by the percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

                     The result showed that:

                     1. The result of activities promoting the individuality of students of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University found by overall aspects was at the high level. When it’s considered in aspect, it found that the average scores were high in every aspect. It’s ordered from most to less respectively like educational management of 4 faculties, religious activities promoting, promoting the preservation of cultural activities, social activities promoting, activities location, meditation activities and Buddhism service to society respectively.

                     2. The result of study of suggestions of activities promoting the identity of students of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University found that 1) the suggestions of meditation activities were to practice meditation at various locations of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University’s meditation center. The suggestion of activities location should not practice meditation with crowed people because it was difficult to make the mind concentrate and location should be a nature better. 3) The suggestion of Buddhism service to society should promote the Dharma to be used for the benefit of society actually. 4) The suggestion of promoting the preservation of cultural activities should promote cultural activities, praying activities. 5) The suggestion of religious activities promoting should host the religious festivals. 6) The suggestions of social activities promoting should promote the moral, Dharma services to the social. 7) The suggestion of educational management of 4 faculties should support the scholarships to students and promoting students could communicate Dharma with English.
