ABSTRACT.
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the personel administration of the executives under Sangahavatthu four primary schools, 2) to compare the personel administration of the executives under Sangahavatthu four primary schools, 3) to study an approach to the personel administration of the executives under Sangahavatthu four primary schools.
This is a quantitative research using the questionnaire. The samples used in this study were head of education and teachers who are out of 162 people . Analysis of data use the software package. The statistical procedures used for analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation ; t-test and one way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA)
The results of research were found that as follows.
The personel administration of the executives under Sangahavatthu four primary schools were Overall high level. When Considering the each item found in all four of the high level which is arranged by the main number item as follow Giving, Kindly speech, Useful conduct, Participation and behaving oneself properly in all circumstances
The comparison of the personal administration of the executives under Sangahavatthu four primary schools by sex, age, level of education, position and experience showed overall are not difference. When considering each item it was also found that respondents who are age different Giving, Kindly speech, Useful conduct and Participation
Approach to personnel administration, the principles of Sangahavatthu four primary schools
Giving is administrators lack the morale to subordinates. So he must supposed to giving adequate budget and welfare and support activities in the performance of every employee.
Kindly speech, the administrators should show the vision to the subordinates may be not polite speaking at the meeting place. So he should provide panoramic vision and opportunity for personnel education to comment on the meeting.
Useful conduct , the support to subordinates and relatives slow and unjust. He useful conduct is neutral relatives to the housing and subordinates equally sincer
Participation and behaving oneself properly in all circumstances of administrators Lack of leadership. It is not a neutral and not strict disciplinarian. The executive leadership must be consistent and fair to their subordinates.
