ABSTRACT

This Research had 3 main objectives 1) to study of people’s satisfaction  toward insight meditation practice at Wat Suanmamuang Samkhok District, Pathumthani,   2) to  compare of people’s satisfaction  toward insight meditation practice at Wat Suanmamuang Samkhok District, Pathumthani, 3) to study approach to promote of people’s satisfaction  toward insight meditation practice at Wat Suanmamuang Samkhok District, Pathumthani.

This is a quantitative research using the questionnaire. The samples used in this study were the 278 people to practice meditation at Wat Suanmamuang Samkhok District, Pathumthani. Analysis of data use the software package. The statistical procedures used for analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test  (One-Way ANOVA).

The results of research were found that :

1.  The people’s satisfaction  toward insight meditation practice at Wat Suanmamuang in the overall is the highest. When considering the satisfaction in each on the results of the study is the public, with the satisfaction on the environment highest when compared with the other. The otheritems, the second down, namely, the teaching in the facilities on the benefits received from the practice in satisfactory level most and the contents in satisfactory level.

2.  The result of the compare the satisfaction of the people on the practice meditation practice meditation in the Wat Suanmamuang found that the overall people with a trade and experience in the practice which is different signitcant at 0.05 level, when considering in each side found that people have qualifications of education and income, with the satisfaction was no difference in while the public to have sex, age, occupation and experience in the practice the different is the satisfaction in each in different, a significant statistic at 0.05. 

3.  The results of studies recommendations of the people who have to practice meditation Wat Suanmamuang found that the teacher should be a variety of teaching materials and out side, the teacher should  polite dress.  The Jadok story are a morale or intervened in our teaching.  Environment. The cleaning  dish place should cover the roof properly to prevent sun and rain, more trees.  The facilities should have staff to take advice and help newcomers and  have signs for newcomers.
