This research had 2 main objectives 1) ) to study the opinions of previous management at Bankuruna training center Bangplee district Samutprakan province, 2) to study approach to promote of the Four sublime states of mind in the administration of management at Bankuruna training center Bangplee district Samutprakan province.
This is a quantitative research using the questionnaire. The samples used in this study were the 150 official at Bankuruna training center Bangplee district Samutprakan province. Analysis of data use the software package. The statistical procedures used for analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation ; t-test and one way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA).
