ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the academic administration accordance with four Iddhipadas of schools under Nakhonsithammarat Municipality. (2) for comparing in the academic administration accordance with Iddhipadas of administrators of schools under Nakhonsithammarat Municipality who had five basic personal factors differently by five dependent variables separately such as Curriculum management of lesson plan, learning and teaching management, learning and teaching media, supervision and measurement and evaluation. For comparing in the academic administration accordance with four Iddhipadas by five Independent Variables separately such as sex, age, education; position and experience. The sampling group was 273 persons. Questionnaires were used to collect data for statistical analysis with the value of reliability equal to 0.90 such as the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffe’ post hoc comparison.
The result showed that:
1. The opinion levels of the academic administration accordance with four Iddhipadas of schools under Nakhonsithammarat Municipality found that to be at high level by overall aspects, and to be at high level of all sides by setting the opinion levels from a lot of the opinion to a little opinion of learning and teaching management, Curriculum management of lesson plan, measurement and evaluation, supervision and learning and teaching media respectively when they were studied separately.
2. The result of comparing in the academic administration accordance with Iddhipadas of administrators of schools under Nakhonsithammarat Municipality who were classified as sex, age, education; position and experience found that to be not different in 0.05 significance.
Suggestion
The suggestion of the academic administration accordance with four Iddhipadas of schools under Nakhonsithammarat Municipality found that the administrators should have the learning and teaching of techinque seminar to teachers, to support the teachers who attended to use learning source and intelligence in the locality, to set the learning and teaching media center of school, to pay attention of supervision systematically and continual and give a teacher builds measuring instrument cover learning objectives. |
