ABSTRACT
The purposes of this study were to study the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in secondary schools in Muang district, Suphanburi province. The samples of this study were comprised of 205 administrators and teachers. The instrument used for gathering data was five rating-scale questionnaire.The data analysis by using statistical techniques such as frequencies, percentage, standard deviation (S.D.). The analysis was also done through t-test and F-test.
The results of this research were as follows:
The effectiveness of academic affairs administration at the overall was high level. There were composed from the most to the least as follows: library administration, manage conference workshops, management of measurement and evaluation, management of teaching and learning, materials management courses and instruction media and curriculum management and adoption.
The comparison of the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in secondary schools in Muang district, Suphanburi province, separate follow personal status, meet that the administrators and teachers of different genders and ages have the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in secondary schools in Muang district, Suphanburi province were not different at 0.05 level of significance.

The suggestions of the effectiveness of scademic affairs administrationin secondary schools in Muang district, Suphanburi province was administrator should be provided training knowledge and follow up continuous and serious by using the results of learning for the effectiveness of learning, develop suitable materials for taking into account the benefits that should have been, organize modern library, training should be provided for the teachers do or each group learning and should arrange a conference. |
