Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

                      The objective of this research was to study the instructional management in Champasak Sangha College, Laos. There were four areas such as Instruction Planning, Instruction Activities, Instruction Media Production and Assessment. We compared with the instruction management of Champsak Sangha College, which classified due to variables such as genders, ages, qualifications, positions and work experiences.  The populations used in this study were including forty-five administrators and teachers in academic year 2555.  The equipment used in this research was questionnaire form concerned with instruction management which had the total reliability at 0.95. The statistics used to analysis the data were frequency, percentage mean, standard deviation, T-test and One-way ANOVA and testing all pairs of the (Scheffe’ post hoc comparison) method and all data analysis is used by program computer.

                      The result found that:

                      1. The instruction management level in Champasak Sangha College, Laos. It was very good level overview when it was considered all of 4 areas. From the most average to least average were instruction activities, assessment, instruction planning, and instruction media production respectively.

                     

 

                      2. The result of assumption found that teachers and administrators that have difference in genders, age, qualifications, positions and work experience were not different in instruction management, which was not as our assumptions that administrators and teachers with gender, age, education and work experience were difference in the instruction management. Administrators and teachers that had different positions were different in the instruction management in the statistical significance at the level of 0.05 according to our assumption.

                      3. The way of this study enabled to know the instruction management in Champasak Sangha College in Lao people’s democratic republic. It was found that there were many obstacle problems should be solved, improved and developed more successfully on quality of instruction management, which is the administrator should bring the instructors’ suggestions to take consideration in order to find out good and bad point in the Instructional management, so that they can get development paths, solving the obstacle problems, to help the instruction in Champasak Sangha College have much more effectiveness.
