ABSTRACT
Three objectives of this research were (1) to study comparatively the educational administrators’ personnel administration according to Sanghahavatthu in Yang Seesuraj district, at the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office II and (2) to study a way of the educational administrators’ personnel administration according to Sanghahavatthu in Yang Seesuraj district, at the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office II. The population in this study was administrators and teachers and the sample was 135 persons. The statistics to analyze the general collected data was Frequency, Means, and Standard Deviation (S.D.). The comparison of administrators’ and teachers’ opinion was done with the use of the t-test independent. The analysis of a way of the personnel administration according to Sanghahavatthu was done with the content analysis technique.
A result of this study was found that the administration according to Sanghahavatthu made by the educational administrators in Yang Seesuraj district, at the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office II was generally in the high level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that all aspects were in the high level. They were the personal affair, work assessment, recruitment, and plan in an order.
The comparison of the educational administrators’ personnel administration according to Sanghahavatthu in Yang Seesuraj district, at the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office II was classified in their position and salary was different with the significance in statistics at 0.01. This result accepted the given hypothesis. The educational administrators’ and teachers’ opinion on the personnel administration according to Sanghahavatthu in Yang Seesuraj district, at the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office II, actually classified in their experience was found that the result was not different in general aspects. Thus, it denied the set hypothesis.
The way of the educational administrators’ personnel administration according to Sanghahavatthu in Yang Seesuraj district, at the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office II should be promoted to give an order for work, to make a decision, to give the command, and to hold the management in the educational administration. The educational administrators’ and the teachers’ personnel administration according to Sanghahavatthu in Yang Seesuraj district, at the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office II covered four aspects: (1) plan, (2) recruitment, (3) work assessment, and (4) personal affair by means of many Buddhist principles: generosity, sacrifice, giving, helpfulness, gentle speech, reasonable guiding, public service, ethical development, cooperation to resolve the problems, proper behaviour, environmental preservation, and promotion of close association among personnel and people. |
