Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

             The objectives of this research Efficiency of shangha affairs administration of wat sasiliam, dontoom district, Nakhonpathom provinceas follows 1.) To study public opinion of efficiency of shangha administration of wat sasiliam, dontoom district, Nakhonpathom province 2.) Comparison on the public opinion of efficiency of shangha affairs administration of wat sasiliam, dontoom district, Nakhonpathom province 3.) To study of problems and recommendations of efficiency of shangha affairs administration of wat sasiliam, dontoom district, Nakhonpathom province.

             This research using mixed method involves the mixing of quantitative  research, the data were collected by questionnaire and qualitative research, the data were collected by in-dept interview. The sample group consisted of community leaders, government officers,students and people  who is living near wat sasiliam, a total of  361 which using by cluster sampling. The tools used in this research was questionnaire which consisted of check - list questions ,five-level rating scale, open-ended questions and interview. Descriptive statistics using by Frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistics were applied for hypothesises  testing by using t-test,  f-test, one way anova at significance level 0.05

 

 

 

 

 

 

The results of this research found that:

             (1) People who is living near wat sasiliam is the most level equivalent mean 4.56 in public opinion of efficiency of shangha administration of wat sasiliam, dontoom district, Nakhonpathom province. When considering each aspects, domination, Religious Studies, Education, Buddhism, Public assistance and Public assistance found that People  who is living near wat sasiliam is the most level in every aspect.

             (2) The result of the comparison on the public opinion of efficiency of shangha administration of wat sasiliam, dontoom district, Nakhonpathom province classify by individual attributes. It was found that people which gender with different occupation.    It's not a difference of opinion Thus, research hypothesis were reject. People which gender, level of education and experience with the temple was a difference of opinion Thus, research hypothesis were accept.

             (3) The result of this of problems and recommendations of efficiency of shangha administration of wat sasiliam, dontoom district, Nakhonpathom province.           It was found that most people also not to know an importance function of temple's executive , including the planning and policy and position of person's work should be distributed to delegations of authority to the person who has to cover it appropriate     The effective of shangha administration of wat sasiliam will even better.

             (4) The synthesis of problems and solutions to of efficiency of shangha affairs administration of wat sasiliam. Overall found that the management of hierarch should be managed according to the principles of good governance and to comply with the current state of the country should be attention to the people in temple and outside the temple, the management of temple activities to be successfully and without prejudice to any person for the groups to equality all classes. The management will be perfect.
