ABSTRACT

            This research consists of three objectives. They are to study (1) Dhammadhipateyya principles in the doctrine of Theravada Buddhism, (2) the principle of local administrative organization management and (3) the management of local administrative organizations based on  the doctrine of Dhammadhipateyya  in  Theravada  Budhhism.

          The results are found as follows:

Dhammadhipateyya considers Dhamma as a main part. In other words,Dhamma is  hold as the principle of administrative management. This word (Dhammadhipateyya) comes from the word “Thama + sovereignty which. According to this meaning, Dhamma is very vital no matter, the system, or administrative needs Dhamma as a leader of administration system.

The Principles of governing the administration of the local government to central government authority are to decentralize the local government units to let the local people to have their own power. Or part of the local administration in accordance with the principle that  the power of administration comes from local residents. Local governments are required to have their own organization. Caused by the power of the federal government. The organization is not a part of the government.
