Abstract
This research aims:
1) To study the educational management of Buddhist Course in the School of Buddhist Way,
2) To compare the educational management of Buddhist Course in The School of Buddhist Way, Ubonratchathani Primary Education Service Area Office 2.,and 3) To study the method for development of educational management of Buddhist Course in the school of Buddhist Way, Ubonratchathani Primary Education Service Area Office 2.
The samples of population for this research were 380 of students in academic years 2012. The sample size was determined by means of Krejicie and Mogan’s table, with stratified random sampling. The tool for data-collecting was questionnaire In the form of check list, 5 levels-rating scale and open ended question. The statistics for data-analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and F-test.
The result of was found that :
1. The educational management of Buddhist Course in the school of Buddhist Way, Ubonratchathani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 totally was in high level in all factors.
2. The comparison of educational management of Buddhist Course in the of Buddhist Way, Ubonratchathani Primary Education Service Area Office 2, in which the students were different in sex , age and levels of education was different in total, but not each field.
3. The suggestions and methods for development of educational management of Buddhist course in the school of Buddhist Way, Ubonratchathani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 were as follows :
1. The activities of instruction must interest the students in learning and can be applied to their daily lives.
2. The usage of media and creative technology must be selected by the learners themselves and they should be provided with searching more learning media outside of the classroom so that they may develop their learning.
3. More additional activities such as educational tour and training in ethics camp by which the students will have more times to study the Buddhist subjects and which c.an promote and support them to do their duties in harmony should occasionally be held.
The evaluation of teaching and learning should actually be in easy way. To develop the evaluation of instruction, the information can be searched from various medias such as newspaper, teacher channel, handbooks and learning resources etc. which will make the process of Evaluation sufficient and effectively. |
