ABSTRACT
The research title “An appication of The four Iddhipadas in daily life of students in Nakhon Si Thammarat vocational college, Nasan subdistrict, Phraprom district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province” has three objectives were as follows 1) to study an appication of The four Iddhipadas indaily life of students in Nakhon Si Thammarat vocational college, Nasan subdistrict, Phraprom district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. 2) to compare an appication of The four Iddhipadas in daily life of students in Nakhon Si Thammarat vocational college, Nasan subdistrict, Phraprom district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of sexes, ages, categories of subject and classes as differently. 3) to study the suggestions were concerned with problems and resolutions on application of The four Iddhipadas in daily life of students in Nakhon Si Thammarat vocational college, Nasan subdistrict, Phraprom district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The population were students in Nakhon Si Thammarat vocational college, Nasan subdistrict, Phraprom district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province who are studying in Pre-B.A. in academic year 2012 amount 164 persons, the sample size according to Krejcie and Morgan’s table measurement, simple random sampling were used, the instrument for data collection was questionnaire which designed by the researcher with IOC at 1.0, data analysis to find out frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Z-test, F-test and to test the difference in each pair of arithmetic mean by Scheffe’s method.
The findings were as follows.
1) An application of the Four Iddhipadas in daily life of students in Nakhon Si Thammarat vocational college, Nasan subdistrict, Phraprom district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overview was at more level when considered in each aspect from more to less found that the aspect of Jitta (thoughtfulness) was the highest average, and followed up the aspect of Viriya (energy) and the aspect of Chanda (will) and the aspect of Vimaṅsã (investigation) was the lowest average respectively, and when classified in terms of sexes, ages, categories of subject and classes found that by overview was at more level.
2) The comparative results on application of the Four Iddhipadas in daily life of students in terms of ages found that there were different as statistical significance at .01 and in terms of sexes, categories of subject and classes found that there were not different as statistical significance at .05.
3) The suggestions were concerned with problems on application of the Four Iddhipadas in daily life of students in Nakhon Si Thammarat vocational college, Nasan subdistrict, Phraprom district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, the highest frequency of problems was the aspect of Chanda (will) i.e. not like to find out knowledge with themselves, not attain the class in unlike subject. The resolutions found that the highest frequency in the aspect of Chanda (will) i.e. there should have the center for learning with interesting and varieties, there should have a choice for students to choose in really specialized subject. |
