ABSTRACT

              This thesis is of 3 purposes :- 1. to study the viewpoint and the theory of learning, 2. to study the management of learning in lines of Buddhism at Wat Paññānandārām, Klongluang District, Padumdhānī  Province. And 3. to study the result of the management of learning in lines of Buddhism at Wat Paññānandārām, Klongluang District, Padumdhānī  Province.

              From the study, it is found that the learning in the Western lines viewpoint is of the important ideology which is the separated part of the nature and the human beings’ behaviours the fact of which is regarded as the base of the theory of learning. Thus, the learning means the requirement for changing the behaviour to the better ways. This is the result of the experience emphasizing the importance of changing the behaviour to able to solve or to come across various problems. Thus, the aim of learning emphasizes the development relative to the materials to respond to one’s need in carrying out the life. Regarding the learning according to the Buddhist lines, there is the important viewpoint which is to look at the human being as one part of the nature which is regarded as base of the Buddhist teaching. Thus, learning in lines of Buddhism means the training and the developing of human beings to help them to have the right and good lives. It is to emphasize the importance of developing the human beings on the side of the behaviour. the mind, the mindfulness and the wisdom with the target of understanding the state of oneself and of relationship with the real nature up to the state of developing oneself to the state of freedom from all kinds suffering and of being the complete person in the end.

              The management of learning and knowing according to the lines of Buddhism at Wat Paññānandārām, the temple excellent in spreading the Buddhist Doctrines with the ideal in managing the learning and knowing, which is the way of building up the goodness to control the wise men. Move over, every body can develop oneself, if he or she is given the opportunity. The management of learning is to set up in the pattern of learning and knowing the project of attending the training camp with the aim to cause the human beings to be the human ones and to be the complete Buddhist Assemply according the Buddhist principles.

              The result of the management of learning according to the Buddhist lines at Wat Paññānandārām on the side of the result quantity can be estimated that the numbers the work at Wat Paññānandārām are increased and the mumbers of these who are interested to join the project of training are also increased continually. Regarding the quality, it can be estimated from the change of the behavior possessed by those who attended that it is better. In conclusive result, it can be said that Wat Paññānandārām is the temple which is of success in managing the learning and the knowing including the spread of the Doctrinal quality to those who joined the training course.
