The Morality when practiced its principle correctly, mind condition would be free from passions, the benefits of Morality have to control behaviors, to protect not to fail in bad actions, peaceful mind “ without passion” based on concentration which there was beneficent wisdom in order to get rid of ignorance and based on pureness released so, have to bring Morality to be principle in behavior and practicing continuously with carefulness.
2) Morality Perfections were to practice Perfections in order to increase more superior Morality Perfections, in Tipitaka gave a meaning “ the goal of practicing Dhamma” and one more “ was the way of practicing to attain the absolute goal” ( without passion ) to be Arahanta. The orders of Perfections were : Parami, Upaparami and Paramatthaparami during that period in practicing Perfections of Phra Podhidhisatta who he was predicted by the former Buddha for Four Incalculable and One hundred-thousand world-cycle, the fullness of the Perfections made each extents of attaining Dhamma also, that is, The Lord Buddha had to be full of the Perfections in extents more than Phra Paccekabuddha and then in descending order to a noble one who has attained the first stage of holiness.
3) Phra Bhuritatta practiced Buddhakaraka-Dhamma Perfection which was Dhamma for the Buddhahood and had to practice permanent Perfections as if yak has to take care of his tail’s wool. And had to practice Morality in the four Bhumis, including Patimokkhasamvarasila, Indriyasamvarasila, Ajivasamvarasila and Paccavekkhanasila to be more perfect. When considered according to Phra Bhuritatta announced to omit organs, including skin, peel, ligament and bone. The order of practicing Phra Bhuritatta’s Morality Perfections was Morality Internal Perfection, its objective was born in heaven. The Morality was the way of enlightenment in Podhiyana to attain Sammasamdodhiyana which was benefit and value for observing the precepts of that Bhuritatta, that is Dhamma needs to practice to attain Sammasambodhiyana caused by giving the birth of The Lord Buddha named Gotama.
Morality Perfections of Bhuritatta Jataka consisted of the Threefold Learning and Noble Treasures etc. These can apply in all parts of Thai societies such as social, political and economic. All parts need to base on precepts. Moreover, should be applying Dhamma principles in Thai societies because which society is lack of precepts, that society would be encountering the disorganization.
