ABSTRACT

This thesis studies is of 3 object namely :- (1) To study the principle of management in the role of Theravada Buddhism, (2) To study of the Phratheppariyatmethee Asst.Prof.Dr. Sarit Siridharo)’s bibliography and outcomes and (3) To  Analytically  Study  his roles  in  Administrative  Work  of  Buddhist Sangha. Each category will be interpreted in the following paragraphs.

The study of management in the role of Theravada Buddhism  leads to the result that there are both agreement and disagreement with the management role of Theravada Buddhism in the professional point of view. The agreement is that the manager is a person who has extraordinary skills and abilities in understanding and reasoning, including  the response and the ability to take care of the co-workers. The disagreement is the objective and benefits. The professionals see the success from co-worker’s unity. For Theravada Buddhism management, not is only the co-worker’s unity leads to the success, but it also considers that the result should develop the happiness to oneself and others.

From the study of the leadership possessed  Phratheppariyattimethee (Asst.Prof.Dr. Sarit Siridharo). It is found that his biography describes his character which should be the role model. He was born in suburban area, fought with difficulty and concentrated on studying and blessed himself in Buddhism until he got a great position. He managed several classes such as Dharma class  Pali class at the college academic level. He has 6 impressed accomplishments which are the administrative study of Buddhism, the study assistance  enlightening the Buddhism religion, the public assistance, and the public accommodation. The researcher found that all 6 successes came from his true dedication. He is a thoughtful person, and has a good strategy. He uses the democracy to manage the religion. He praises and recognizes his co-wokers to work actively in full capacity  which leads to all 6 successes as the consequences.

From analyzing the strategy of the leadership possessed by Ven. Phratheppariyatmethee (Asst.Prof.Dr. Sarit Siridharo),the research  found that he maintain his roles by following the Buddhist regulation in 2505 B.E. and the Buddhist regulation (2^nd Edition) in 2535 B.E. for the authority and dignity of temple principle and the province principle. For all 6 successes which are administrative study of the Buddhism, study assistance, enlightening Buddhism religion, public assistance, and public accommodation. He manages them in the right and appropriate way to get impressive results.
