Abstract

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this thesis were to study the learning management according to the
Buddhist  way  of  Nong  Saeng  Vithayakhom  School,  Dhamma  in  the  process  of  learning
management,  the  results  of  learning  management  according  to  the  Buddhist  way  at  Ban  Had
district, Khon Kaen province. This is a qualitative research by studying the fieldwork’s data with
interviewing the target group, and for the quantitative research, analyzing the data according to
students’ practice of Dhamma by the percentage.
The result showed that the study of the Buddhist way in the school had the goal for
developing the youth to be a good and smart one, and spending the life with happiness by holding
the approach of the basic education curriculum in 2001 and increasing the Basic Education Core
Curriculum in 2008 by holding the Dhamma principle to foster the youth was noble and leading a
life on the right way.
According  to  the  administration  of  Buddhist  way,  the  students  behaved  themselves
followed  the  Dhamma  principle  such  as  recollecting  to  three  of  Buddha  that  was  the  precious
refuge with paying respect to the Buddha and professing to be the Buddhist from the Buddha. The
students behaved themselves followed the Base of meritorious action’s principle such as knowing
the largess,  discipline,  and  precepts  of  oneself.  The  students  behaved  themselves  following  the

three studies such as knowing to behaved themselves into the discipline and rules o f school, being
mentally stable in study, knowing to use one's head in solving life’s problem with the Four Noble
Truths such as knowing the cause of problem, as knowing the solving method. The Four Beliefs
were to believe the sin and the result of sin. The Four of all vices were to except the gamble and
drinking. The Four sublime states of mind were to forgive the friends when them making a fault
and being generous to friends in the school and all living creatures. The basis for success was the
will, energy, thoughtfulness, and investigation. The Four Power is the power of wisdom, holding
the five precepts such as excepting to hurt the friends both physical and animals, and the fivefold
dharma such as being generous to friends and another people. The six respects such as to respect
to the Buddha, the education, carefulness, and gratitude to the parents and teachers.
The result of the activity effected on a good behavior of students to get more efficiency
in working, knowing  well adapt with the society  and friends. They were effective  in the study,
knowing to restrain emotion in physical sin, verbal sin, and thinking sin such as excepting to kill
the  animals,  excepting  to  quarrel  with  the  friends,  excepting  to  do  the  trouble  to  parents  and
community, and  knowing to be grateful to parents, community, and school. They were humble,
cheerful,  and  kind  to  the  friends  and  all  living  creatures.  Besides  that,  they  had  a  good
development  such  as  the  students  were  a  good  courteous,  good  looking,  to  respect  the
benefactors, to be responsible in the assignment, and to be punctual.
