ABSTRACT
The Objective of this thesis is to analytical study : 1) to study of the Bodhisattva’s Perfections Practice in Canon of Theravāda Buddhism, 2) to study of the Bodhisattva’s Perfections Practice in Canon of Mahāyāna Buddhist Scripture and 3) to comparative Study of the Bodhisattva’s Perfections Practice in Canon of Theravāda and Mahāyāna Buddhism.
The study is a qualitative and focuses on a study from documentaries, such as the TipitÚaka Commentaries, documents, and is other studies.
The results of the study reveal that : The Bodhisattva in Theravāda Buddhist Scripture means the one who has resolved to attain enlightenment for helping his fellowmen. There are two kinds of Bodhisattvas : the one having been declared by one of the Buddhas is called Niyata Bodhisattva, and the one who has not been declared by the pedaka is called Aniyata Bodhisattva, who has to absolutely observe the eight Dhamma Samodhanas and ten perfections.
Mahayana Buddhism is the Bodhisattvayāna, It means the vehicles of the Bodhisattva, with graciousness in the animals. It creates factor and Buddhabhumi as results. the Bodhisattva’s Perfections Practice must have some basics on Four Wish and ten Perfections in order to complete the Perfections.
The aim of Every Nikāya Mahāyāna Buddhism is to Stage of astern the Buddha (Buddhabhumi) by the practice of Bodhisatva’s Perfections. Hovered the ultimate aim of Theravada Buddhism is Arahanta’s ship (the Condition of final emancipation, Nibbāna).
