ABSTRACT
The mair objectives of this study were 1) to determine the efficacy of the administration of the Cholprathansongkrao School In Nonthaburi Province, 2) to compare the performance of the personal management of the Cholprathansongkrao School In Nonthaburi Province, classified by personal factors, and 3) to study the problems and ways to improve the management efficiency of the Cholprathansongkrao School In Nonthaburi Province. The conducted of the effective by the Survey Research with a study group. The staff in Cholprathansongkrao School In Nonthaburi Province; about 94 people were used to collect the data was constructed by the researcher. The reliability of analytical data about 0.962 to identified by percentage, population mean, and standard deviation. To present by the tables graph, narrative, and descriptive statistics by used to the hypothesis t (t-test) and one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) using SPSS.
The results showed that
1. The overall, opinions of the staff regarding the management of the Cholprathansongkrao School In Nonthaburi Province. The average value of 4.12 was also found that the staff have commented of the performance management in many aspects. The performance management from highest to lowest in general management, academic administration, personnel management, and administrative budget.
2. The results are comparable to the performance of the staff management of the Cholprathansongkrao School In Nonthaburi Province. The classified by people with different gender, occupation, income status. The opinions regarding of the management of the Cholprathansongkrao School In Nonthaburi Province are difference. The statistically significant at the 0.01 level, where the hypothesis set. Most people with different age and educational level are not difference opinions.
3. The problems and suggestions about the management of the Cholprathansongkrao School In Nonthaburi Province. It was found that problems occur in the Cholprathansongkrao School In Nonthaburi Province is that some people have the skills and knowledge and the teaching material are less. The lack of funding to encourage people with diverse background in teaching and learning materials to students. The lack of personnel involved in the development and management of the school. The staff are free to decide on how much work is assigned and the staff of management system for the management of the building are disordered . As a result, the environment in school is no benefit for learning and teaching.
Suggestions: The management and staff should be encouraged to develop learning resources include inside and outside the community. The budget should be selected to enhance staff knowledge and the production of teaching materials. The management of the budget and general management should provide employees with the role of feedback to the meeting or development and improvement of school administration.
