The purposes of this research
The main objectives of this research are: (1) to study the Performance in Accordance With Sappurisadhamma of Officers of Metropolitan Police Division 8, (2) to compare the opinions of Performance in Accordance With Sappurisadhamma of Officers of Metropolitan Police Division 8 and (3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions of Performance in Accordance With Sappurisadhamma of Officers of Metropolitan Police Division 8. This operated by survey research. The simple of this research of Officers of Metropolitan Police Division 8 amount 334 Officers. The equipment used to collect data was the questionnaire, coefficient reliability total 0.939. The statistics used to was analyze data were using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, analyzed by the t-test and one way analysis of variance (One – way ANOVA) for testing the difference between the averages from there or more group with least significant difference: LSD.
The findings of this study are concluded as follows:
1. The level of Performance in Accordance With Sappurisadhamma of Officers of Metropolitan Police Division 8 were at high (4.13) level when consider each side such as Dhammaññutâ, Atthaññutâ, Attaññutâ, Mattaññutâ, Kalaññutâ, Parisaññutâ, Puggalaññutâ, found that Officers of Matropolitan Policee Division 8 according to performance in high level in all sides.
2. Comparison of Performance in Accordance With Sappurisadhamma of Officers of Metropolitan Police Division 8, classified by personal factors, the police officers have gender, rank different, it was found that Performance in Accordance With Sappurisadhamma indifferent in all aspects. The police officers of Metropolitan Police Division 8, different in age, Performance in Accordance With Sappurisadhamma is difference in Atthaññutâ, the others aspects are indifferent. The police officers of Metropolitan Police Division 8, different in education, the work Performance in Accordance With Sappurisadhamma is difference in Dhammaññutâ, the others aspects are indifferent. The police officers of Metropolitan Police Division 8, different in duration of work, the work Performance in Accordance With Sappurisadhamma are difference in all aspects which statistical at 0.01 level of significance in Atthaññutâ and Kalaññutâ , for Attaññutâ, Kalaññutâ and Parisaññutâ aspects, statistical at 0.05 level of significance.
3. The problems and of the Performance in Accordance With Sappurisadhamma of Officers of Metropolitan Police Division 8 are the quality of works not enough because of more works and the obstacles with command slowly to respond and not have responsibility. In this way the commander must put more important about policy and strategic by Suppurisadhamma in performance for having good virtue and mortality permit, develop of efficiency to various organizations to develop balance.
