Abstract
The objectives of this research are (1) to study an Applcation of the Seven Sappurisdhamma in community Management : A case study of Watmaiphiren community Bangkokyai District , Bangkok (2) to compare the opinion of people about applying the Seven Sappurisdhamma to manage Watmaiphiren Community, divided by personal factor, and (3) to study the problem and the way to apply the Seven Sappurisdhamma to manage Watmaiphiren Community. The operated research by Survey reseach with the sample group in Watmaiphiren Community for 239. The tool used to collect data was the questionnaire, coefficient reliability total 0.979. The statistics used to analyze data were using frequency, percent, means, Standard deviation, t—test, analysis of variance (One way ANOVA).
The findings of this study are concluded as flower :
1. People agree in applying the Seven SappurisdhammaI to manage Watmaiphiren Community. Most of them are female for 130 average 54.4, 36-45 ages for 65 average 27.2, married states for 120 average 50.2, lower Bachelor degree for 163 average 68.2, other occupation for 97 average 40.6, income 5,000-10,000 baht per month for 83 average 34.7.
2. People agree in applying the Seven Sappurisdhamma to manage Watmaiphiren Community were at high level 3.80, when consider each side found that that people agree in high level in all sides.
3. Comparison the opinion of people in applying the Seven Sappurisdhamma to manage Watmaiphiren Community by personal factors found that people was different status had different opinion, was found statistically different at 0.01 level of significance., and the people were different such as age and occupation are different opinion were found statistically different at 0.05 level of significance, threrfore accept the hypothesis. However, people are different in gender, education and in come have similar opinion that reject the hypothesis.
4. The research found the way to apply the Seven Sappurisdhamma to manage Watmaipiren Community, found that should work based on applying the Seven Sappurisdhamma That are followed:
Knowing the cause : principle, standard and managing formality. Knowing the meaning : meaning, purpose, responsibility and need usefulness. Knowing oneself : status, self responsibility. Knowing how to be temperate : sufficiency in living, The time is also appropriate that should do when you do not have time to work. Knowing the proper time : suitable time to do or not and period of time. Knowing the society : The staffing of the community as well. The meeting of the conduct of the meeting, toward the community or society. Knowing the individual : difference of personality, ability, giving people the opportunity to attend the meeting and solve problem, let people share their opinion, reviewed work, improve the self-development and community is always. |
