Abstract
Research Title : The Buddhist Ethical Development   in Moo-Baan-Jaksan : Case Study  of Jaksan Group,  Phanasnikom District, Chonburi Province. 

                   This research is semi-experimental (Quasi-Experimental Research) for studying  the Buddhist Ethical Development   in Moo-Baan-Jaksan  and comparing the results of the experiments in participating  in the project during before and after the training. A according to the Buddhist ethical Development  and appearance- psychological factors in Moo-Baan-Jaksan: A Case  Study  of  Jaksan group,  Phanasnikom District, Chonburi Province. In this study, the researchers have to study the population of a sample  group consisting of 40 persons from the random (Cluster Random Sampling) by using a random group as a unit by drawing lots of 1 group out of 6 groups. From this process, a number of 40 members of weaving group have been selected for study.  The tool used for the research study is 11 questionnaires. The statistic used for hypothesis testing is percentage average (x), standard deviation. (S.D.) and t-test. 
                 The results of study are as follows: 
                 The study of the Buddhist Ethical Development   in Moo-Baan-Jaksan : A Case  Study  of  Jaksan Group,  Phanasnikom District, Chonburi Province is found that the overall average of the total scores of a sample group from questionnaires is that for the principle on Path of Accomplishment 4, Power 5, Virtues leading to temporal welfare 4, Bases of Sympathy 4, Moral Shame and Moral Dread,  Holy Abiding 4 , the participants have  such principles at higher level more than before their participation in the activity on the Buddhist Ethical Development.   The survey of result on the  overall projects is found that the average of total scores of a sample group  from the questionnaires  can be summarized  that the overall of project on Buddhist ethical Development is at very good level. 
                 The researchers found from the results of this research that the principle of Dhamma teachings has been used for integration for the benefit of the  weaving group and Buddhist bringing about disseminating the Dhamma teachings of the Buddha to people in society and community. It is also helping in the support of  people to absorb the Buddha Dhamma easily, especially on the Bases of Sympathy 4,  and/or the principle on the self- sufficiency. People are likely to ignore it. This project has organized the activity for  being  applied in the concrete way. Such activity is very perfect that results in the increase of  the average value after their participation at very good level.
