Abstract

Research Title :  The Study  Official  Sangha,s Participation  to  Encourage  Educational Management  of Mahachulalongkornrajavidya1aya Un iversity,  Nakorn  Ratchasima  Campus.

                   The purpose of this research was  to study of official  Sangha,s  participation  to  encourage  educational  management of  Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya  University,  Nakorn  Ratchasima  Campus  and to comparison of  official  Sangha,s  participation  to  encourage  educational management of  Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya  University,  Nakorn  Ratchasima  Campus which classified by years of monastic services,  educational,  monastic ranks  and administrative position.
                    The  sample in this study was the official  Sangha  in Nakhon Ratchasima  province  the year 2552 a total of 340,  The sample was  determined by  multistage random sampling. The  tool used to collect the data was  a  questionnaire  developed  by  researcher  which  consists  of a five-level scale estimate which covers the participation to  encourage  educational management  five areas  totally 60 questions.  Statistical data analysis methods were used for this study; frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance (One way ANOVA)
                     The results of this study were as follows:
                     1. The official  Sangha,s  participation  to  encourage  educational management  of  Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya  University,  Nakorn  Ratchasima  Campus, overall average was moderate. The result by the area showed that to be moderate in all area.  And the area that showed the highest mean score were Provision  of  Information, Empowerment,   Involvement  and  Collaboration.  And the area of Consultation showed lowest of mean value.

                     2. The comparison of  official  Sangha’s  participation  to  encourage  educational management  of  Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya  University,  Nakorn  Ratchasima  Campus,  who had different  years of monastic services overall was statistical significance differences at .05  and found that the official  Sangha who had service more than 20 years had higher participations than the official  Sangha who had less than 20 years of service. By considering in individual area, it also found that the statistical significance differences at .05  in all area also the official Sangha who had service more than 20 years had higher participations than the official  Sangha who had less than 20 years of service.

                     3. The comparison of official  Sangha’s  participation  to  encourage  educational management  of  Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya  University,  Nakorn  Ratchasima  Campus, classified by individual education  both overall and for the  individual  area  showed  there  was   no different

                     4. The comparison of official  Sangha’s  participation  to  encourage  educational management  of  Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya  University,  Nakorn  Ratchasima  Campus classified by the monastic ranks both overall and for the individual area showed there was no different

The comparison of official  Sangha’s  participation  to  encourage  educational management  of  Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya  University,  Nakorn  Ratchasima  Campus classified by the administrative position, overall showed a statistical significance  differences at .05  and when compared to the pair by Scheffe method showed that the official Sangha provincial and district level  has higher participations to encourage educational management  higher than official Sangha in sub-district and abbot level.  By classified each area showed statistical significance differences at .05 of 4 areas; the Provision of Information, Involvement, Collaboration and Empowerment.
